Who is eligible to receive a spay/neuter voucher from Stop The Cycle?

Our vouchers are exclusively available to residents of Sharp and Fulton Counties in North Central Arkansas.

What's the step-by-step process for someone to get a voucher for their pet?

To request a voucher, please text us at 870-705-1603 with your name and mailing address. Provide information on up to two pets, including their species (dog or cat) and sex (male or female). An application will be sent to you when vouchers are available. If you do not hear from us in over a month, please resubmit your information. You can also email us at stopthecyclespayandneuter@gmail.com.

What exactly does the voucher help pay for when I take my pet to the vet?

Our vouchers cover the full cost of spay or neuter surgery and the state-mandated rabies vaccination for your pet.

Is there anything else important people should know or somewhere they can go if they have more questions about getting a voucher?
